Job summary

Walmart Canada in Longueuil, QC is hiring for a stocking associate focused on customer service and merchandise availability. You will stock items accurately and work with a team to manage workload in a safe, clean environment.

You will greet customers, promote products, locate items, resolve issues, and assist with stock unloading and backroom preparation. This role supports the Customer Availability Process and requires attention to fixtures, tools, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
