Job summary

Walmart Canada in Candiac, QC is seeking an associate to provide customer service by stocking picks and new merchandise in a safe, clean environment. You will work as part of a team to plan and execute duties based on workload and operations.

This role requires greeting customers, locating merchandise, supporting the Customer Availability Process, signing merchandise, and maintaining fixtures. Minimum pay starts at CAD 18.75 per hour.

• Provide excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Review workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process
