Job summary

Walmart store in Sorel-Tracy, QC is hiring an associate to support stocking activities and customer service. You will stock picks and new merchandise, maintain safe, clean conditions, and work with a team to plan and execute duties based on workload.

The role focuses on greeting customers, locating merchandise, and ensuring product availability while adhering to safety standards and store procedures. Wage starts at 18.75 CAD per hour.

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
