Job summary

Walmart Canada in Olds, AB is hiring an Associate to provide customer service and stock merchandise. You will greet customers, help locate items, and participate in stocking assigned areas while keeping a safe, clean store environment.

Responsibilities include reviewing workload, signing merchandise, managing backroom stock, using fixtures and tools properly, and supporting the Customer Availability Process. The position starts at a minimum hourly rate of 16.65 CAD.

Position Summary…

To provide customer service by completing assigned stocking activities. This will be accomplished by accurately stocking picks and new merchandise all in a safe and clean environment. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions.

1.Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
2.Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
3.Accurately signing merchandise.
4.Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
5.Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
6.Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
7.Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
8.Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $16.65.
