Position Summary: The Staff Pharmacist assists the Pharmacy Manager in all aspects of Pharmacy Operations. Provides patient care based on feedback received during consultation or file review.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure excellent patient experience and locate merchandise on the sales floor.
• Develop a strong working relationship with Professional Services District Manager and other stakeholders.
• Accept prescriptions and refill requests from Customers, Doctors, or Hospitals.
• Ensure prescriptions are filled accurately, efficiently, and safely; counsel patients on pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products.
• Follow Walmart's SOPs and operate all pharmacy equipment.
• Protect patient privacy and follow provincial regulations.
• Provide eligible services like medication reviews and injections.
• Maintain pharmacy operations during posted hours.
• Assist in executing the business plan with the Pharmacy Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Age 16 or older
• Pharmacist License (secondary optional permit in Alberta: CA_APA - Additional Prescribing Authorization)
