Position Summary:

What you'll do:

• Ensure excellent patient experience and locate merchandise on the sales floor.
• Establish and develop strong working relationships with Professional Services District Managers and other stakeholders.
• Accept prescriptions and refill requests from customers, doctors, or hospitals.
• Ensure all prescriptions are filled accurately, efficiently, and safely, and counsel patients on pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products.
• Follow Walmart's SOPs and operational procedures.
• Operate pharmacy equipment (register, computer systems, etc.).
• Protect patient privacy and adhere to provincial regulations.
• Provide eligible services (medication reviews, injections, etc.) to meet patient needs.
• Maintain pharmacy hours as posted and assist in executing business plans with the Pharmacy Manager.

The pay range for this position is $41.60 - $55.90/hr, based on relevant experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Age 16 or older
• Pharmacist License (secondary optional permit in Alberta: CA_APA - Additional Prescribing Authorization)
