Position Summary

Walmart Connect is Walmart Canada's retail media business, helping brands connect with millions of Canadian shoppers across onsite, offsite, in-store, and emerging media channels.

What you'll do…
Partner Growth & Revenue
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to drive revenue growth, adoption, and pipeline expansion.
Go-to-Market & Commercialization

Strategic Planning & Reporting

  • Optimize and evolve the partner network to maximize commercial outcomes and support Walmart Connect's strategic priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate combines the commercial instincts of a sales builder, the relationship management skills of a strategic partnership executive, and the curiosity required to navigate an emerging ad tech landscape. They are:

  • A proven builder with 5-8+ years of experience in retail media, ad tech, partnerships, sales, agency leadership, or related fields driving revenue growth.
