Position Summary: Working as a Self-Checkout Attendant at Walmart Canada provides an opportunity to develop retail skills. What You'll Do:

1. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized area, free of fixtures, debris, foreign objects, and liquids.
2. Educate customers on the proper use of self-service options when applicable.
3. Promote company programs such as credit card services, product protection, and charity initiatives.
4. Observe customer activities to determine when assistance is needed.
5. Politely explain the reasons for interventions or quality checks, reassuring customers that these are standard procedures.
6. Respond to EAS alarms and complete the 'Failure to Deactivate' Log.
7. Call the Customer Service Manager for cash shortages or technical issues in the self-service area.
8. Return Scan & Go scanners after use.

Minimum Qualifications:

Age - 16 or older.
