What You'll Do:

• Zone the department.
• Rotate stock and check for expired products.
• Ensure merchandise is properly signed and priced.
• Adhere to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibration, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates.
• Follow food safety and handling procedures, sanitation, and cleaning procedures.
• Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
• Ensure the department is fully stocked and ready for business.
• Follow Health and Safety guidelines.
• Stock merchandise, pick, downstock if applicable, apply product protection when required, set and complete modulars, including flex modulars, and set new shelf caps.

Minimum Qualifications:

Age - 16 or older.
