• Follow standards for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibration, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, and managing sell-by and expiration dates.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures.
• Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markdowns, signing, labeling, and pricing.
• Keep the department fully stocked and ready for business.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Stock merchandise, pick, downstock if applicable, apply product protection, and set modulars including flex modulars and shelf caps.

Minimum Qualifications

Age 16 or older.
