What You'll Do...

• Pick and assemble orders efficiently from various temperature zones, focusing on quality and timely delivery.
• Pack orders with attention to detail, distinguishing between similar products, ensuring correct quantities and product codes.
• Ensure products are of the highest quality, free from damage, and fresh.
• Document and label all orders correctly, interpreting pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
• Optimize tote filling by packing efficiently without compromising quality standards.
• Balance fulfillment tasks with customer interaction and support issues to resolution.
• Maintain strict safety and hygiene standards, keep work areas clean, and operate equipment responsibly, completing safety checks before use.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting operational, safety, and quality improvements; adapt to work assignments based on customer needs and schedules.
