Walmart Canada is seeking a Health & Beauty Department Supervisor (Over the Counter, Pharmacy, Cosmetics) to assist in leading the Health and Beauty areas, respond to inquiries, and develop associates through teaching and training. You will drive customer service excellence and ensure task completion on the sales floor.

You will coordinate tasks, lead daily huddles, review schedules, and assign coverage while maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent Customer Service by greeting and assisting customers, promoting products/services, and resolving issues.
• Delegate and follow-up on daily Customer Availability tasks as directed by the Coach and Store Management.
• Assess Health & Beauty presentation and implement merchandising display changes as needed.
• Lead daily Team Huddle, communicate updates, set goals, and track productivity with associates.
• Review schedules with People Lead and ensure coverage and availability.
• Assign associates to support coverage and availability tasks across departments.
• Tour assigned areas with Coach to identify training opportunities and develop associates through teaching and feedback.
• Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free environment by following policy, completing safety logs, and securing displays.

Position Summary...Assists in the leadership of the Health and Beauty areas (Health and Beauty, Pharmacy – Over the Counter and Cosmetics) and department processes, respond to problems and inquiries and develop associates through teaching and training. Ensure a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.Plans and executes department activities based on workload and operational functions and assists on the salesfloor as required.What you'll do...1.Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate2.Assists in providing directions and the co-ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the Food & Consumables Coach and the Store Management Team. Delegate, assist and follow-up on completion of daily Customer Availability process tasks.3.Assesses the overall presentation of Health & Beauty Departments and appearance, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executing merchandising display changes where required4.Ensure strong communication with associates, leads the daily Team Huddle at the start of each shift, and provide the team with updates, set goals, and track productivity5.Review completed schedules with People Lead.6. Assign Associates to support coverage and availability tasks in all areas of the store.7.Tours assigned areas with the Coach and team associates to validate and identify training opportunities.
