Position Summary: The Staff Pharmacist assists the Pharmacy Manager in all aspects of Pharmacy Operations. Provides patient care based on feedback received during patient consultation or file review.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure excellent patient experience and locate merchandise on the sales floor.
• Establish and develop relationships with Professional Services District Managers and other stakeholders.
• Accept prescriptions and refill requests from Customers, Doctors, or Hospitals.
• Ensure prescriptions are filled accurately, efficiently, and safely, and counsel patients on pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products.
• Follow Walmart's SOPs and best practices.
• Operate pharmacy equipment and protect patient privacy according to regulations.
• Provide eligible services such as medication reviews and injections.
• Maintain pharmacy hours as posted and assist in executing business plans with the Pharmacy Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Age 16 or older
• Pharmacist License (secondary permit in Alberta: CA_APA - Additional Prescribing Authorization)
