Walmart Canada in Whitehorse, YT is seeking a friendly associate to support and process transactions, delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty.

You will greet customers, handle purchases, assist with bagging, promote programs like credit services and protection plans, follow safety practices, and help customers learn self-checkout options. The minimum hourly rate starts at 20.01 CAD.

Responsabilidades

• Greet all customers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Process all purchase transactions in a timely and efficient manner, including deactivation of merchandise with respect to the EAS Program.
• Promote company sponsor programs, i.e. Credit card service, product protection and charity initiatives.
• Assist customers with bagging and loading of merchandise.
• Ensure safe work practices are followed including proper lifting and keeping a clean work area.
• Maintain register security and integrity through diligent cash handling, adherence to relevant company policies and awareness of surroundings.
• Refer appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager or Front End Team Lead.
• Educate and support customers on the correct and efficient use of self-checkout options.
