Job summary

Walmart Canada in Red Deer, AB, is seeking a Customer Service Associate who greets customers, processes transactions, and assists with bagging and loading merchandise. The role includes promoting sponsor programs and ensuring safety and cash-handling integrity at the register.

You will support customers at self-checkout and work with the Front End team to deliver a positive shopping experience at our 50th Ave location.

• Assist customers with bagging and loading merchandise.

• Maintain cash handling integrity and register security.
• Refer complex service queries to a supervisor or lead.
• Educate customers on self-checkout usage.
