Job summary

Walmart Canada in Steinbach, MB is hiring a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, process transactions quickly and accurately, including deactivation of merchandise under the EAS program.

You will assist customers with bagging and loading, promote sponsor programs, ensure safe work practices, maintain cash register integrity, and guide guests with self-checkout options. Minimum age is 16 years old and the role is on-site at 184 PTH 12 N, Steinbach.

• Refers appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager or Front End Team Lead.
• Educating and supporting customers on the correct and efficient use of self-checkout options.
