Job summary

Wal-Mart Canada Corp. is hiring a customer-facing associate at our Orillia location to greet customers, process transactions, promote programs, assist with bagging and loading merchandise, and uphold cash handling and security standards.

• Assists customers with bagging and loading of merchandise.
• Ensures safe work practices are followed including proper lifting and keeping a clean work area.
• Maintains register security and integrity through diligent cash handling, adherence to relevant company policies and awareness of surroundings.
• Refers appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager or Front End Team Lead.
• Educating and supporting customers on the correct and efficient use of self-checkout options.
