Job summary

Wal-Mart Canada Corp in Peterborough, ON is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers and process transactions, supporting a positive shopping experience.

You will promote sponsor programs, assist at self-checkout, ensure cash handling integrity, and refer complex items to a supervisor as needed.

• Ensures safe work practices are followed including proper lifting and keeping a clean work area.
• Maintains register security and integrity through diligent cash handling, adherence to relevant company policies and awareness of surroundings..
• Refers appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager or Front End Team Lead.
• Educating and supporting customers on the correct and efficient use of self-checkout options.
