Position Summary

Coordinate Front End operations to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience and driving customer loyalty. Ensure compliance with company programs while maintaining operational standards.

What You'll Do

• Ensure safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed, such as safe lifting techniques, cleanliness, evacuations, down registers, emergency codes, theft prevention.
• Handle customer and associate concerns and provide guidance as needed.
• Monitor all Front End associates to ensure proper coverage, coordinate breaks, and assist with registers.
• Train associates on systems and company procedures, including scanning accuracy, productivity, programs, initiatives, discounts, EAS system, safety.
• Oversee purchase, return, and exchange transactions, assist with error correction, provide approvals, and verify processes to meet guidelines.
• Ensure all EAS systems function properly, including cashier deactivation and greeter issue handling, and complete related logs.
• Prepare registers for opening and closing, support cashiers with change, maintain cash levels, and perform register audits.
• Promote company programs and initiatives such as credit card services, protection plans, charity initiatives, and discounts.
