Position Summary

What You'll Do
  • Ensure safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed, e.g., safe lifting techniques, cleanliness, evacuations, emergency codes, theft prevention.
  • Handle customer and Associate concerns and provide guidance as needed.
  • Monitor all Front End associates to ensure proper coverage, coordinate breaks, and assist with registers.
  • Train Associates on systems and procedures, including scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs, discounts, EAS system, and safety.
  • Oversee purchase, return, and exchange transactions, correct errors, provide approvals, and verify processes.
  • Ensure all EAS systems function correctly, e.g., deactivations, handling issues, completing logs.
  • Prepare registers for opening and closing, support cashiers, maintain cash levels, and perform register audits.
  • Promote company programs and initiatives, such as credit cards, protection plans, charity initiatives, and discounts.

Age - 16 or older
