What You’ll Do...

• Refunds and Returns: Follows Company procedures when processing refunds and returns and completes all required forms accurately.
• Customer Service Desk Support: Helps customers with refunds, exchanges, questions, and directions in a friendly and professional manner.
• Sales Tax and Records: Keeps sales tax-exempt records accurate and up to date by following Company guidelines.
• Claims and Merchandise Handling: Sends damaged merchandise to Claims for processing and checks returned items against refund slips before placing them back on the sales floor.
• Scanning and Accuracy: Ensures all items are scanned correctly before being returned to the sales floor to support pricing and inventory accuracy.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule): Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

Physical Demands

• Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
