• Claims and Merchandise Handling: sends damaged merchandise to Claims for processing and checks returned items against refund slips before placing them back on the sales floor.
• Scanning and Accuracy: ensures all items are scanned correctly before being returned to the sales floor to support pricing and inventory accuracy.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule): be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service.
