Job summary

Wal-Mart Canada Corp in Joliette, QC is seeking a Stocking Associate to deliver friendly customer service while stocking merchandise safely in a clean environment.

You will greet customers, help locate items, maintain shelves, prepare backroom for stock unloading and participate in the Customer Availability Process. Minimum age 16+, wage starts at $18.75 per hour.

• Ensure proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete tasks.
• Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free environment and complete safety logs.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading.

Position Summary

To provide customer service by completing assigned stocking activities. This will be accomplished by accurately stocking picks and new merchandise all in a safe and clean environment. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions.

What you'll do

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.75. Le taux horaire minimum pour ce poste débute à 18.75.
