Job summary

Walmart Canada in Terrebonne, QC is seeking an associate to provide customer service by stocking picks and new merchandise in a safe, clean environment. You will work as part of a team to plan and execute duties based on workload and operations.

The minimum rate starts from $18.75 per hour. This position emphasizes greeting customers, locating merchandise, maintaining shelves, and supporting stock unloading and backroom preparation.

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
