Job summary

Wal-Mart Canada Corp in Granby, QC is seeking a stocking associate to provide excellent customer service, greet customers, assist with locating merchandise, and help with purchase decisions. Duties include stocking, organizing shelves, and maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

You will work as part of a team to plan workload and execute stocking duties based on workload and store operations, ensuring fixtures and displays are secure and merchandise is signed correctly.

• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.

Position Summary

To provide customer service by completing assigned stocking activities. This will be accomplished by accurately stocking picks and new merchandise all in a safe and clean environment. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions.
