Railserve in Camrose, AB, Canada, is hiring dependable Operator/Helpers for daily rail and transloading operations at an industrial facility. This full-time, outdoor, hands-on role is critical to keeping railcars moving safely and efficiently, with training provided for entry-level candidates.

You will operate switches, assist with transloading, monitor hazards, follow safety procedures, wear PPE, and collaborate with a safety-focused team in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor track and work areas for hazards or unsafe conditions; follow safe operating procedures.
• Wear required PPE at all times and follow safety rules and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
