Job summary

Agnico Eagle Mines Limited is seeking a Campus and Talent Engagement Specialist (Temporary) to lead Quebec campus recruitment and early talent initiatives. You will partner with universities, colleges and internal teams to build pipelines and coordinate events across Canada.

You will manage job postings, screen candidates, and support onboarding while collaborating with Communications on employer branding and recruitment marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certificate in HR, business administration, industrial relations or related field.
• 1–3 years of campus recruitment and talent engagement experience.
• Bilingual English/French is mandatory; ability to travel across Canada and to mine sites.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Taleo experience an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop partnerships with universities, colleges, technical schools, student associations and internal stakeholders to strengthen early talent pipelines.
• Maintain events calendar; coordinate registrations, logistics/materials, scheduling and post-event tracking.
