Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Campus Talent Acquisition Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to resolve complex business issues, deliver high-quality client service, and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Planning, organizing, and attending campus recruitment events and presentations at target universities for large student audiences.
  2. Acting as an ambassador of the firm, articulating our corporate culture, purpose, values, and student opportunities.
  3. Developing, posting, and maintaining compelling social media communications.
  4. Identifying high-performing students early and building relationships to support hiring conversions.
  5. Coordinating summer internship programs, including learning, sporting, and social events.
  6. Managing office visits with students and staff/Recruitment Champion Partners.
  7. Serving as a main contact for career centers, faculty, prospective students, clubs, associations, and campus recruitment referrals.
  8. Tracking candidate applications via the applicant tracking system.
  9. Educating internal clients on campus recruitment strategies, best practices, and standards.
  10. Communicating and consulting with stakeholders, including Partners, Human Capital, Learning & Development, and Resource Management teams.
  11. Collaborating with Recruitment Champion Partners to design and implement campus recruitment strategies.
  12. Engaging with candidates post-hire to ensure engagement before start dates.
  13. Networking within the marketplace to understand the competitive landscape.
  14. Providing accurate and timely management information and metrics on recruitment activities and hires.
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
  • Previous campus recruitment experience (at an employer or university).
  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal clients.
  • Openness to building and executing campus recruitment strategies.
  • Motivation, creativity, resilience, and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and prioritization skills for managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
