Job summary

Follett LLC is seeking a Campus Store Leader for Canada to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer service across store operations. You will work with a Market Leader or Campus Store Manager to mentor staff, manage budgets, and ensure smooth daily performance.

Responsibilities include leading a team, maintaining visual standards, and coordinating campus activities. A degree or equivalent experience plus 0–5 years in retail are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• 0–5 years experience in retail or campus store is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.
• Ability to lead and coach a team across shifts.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store performance through promotions and events.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure visual standards are met.
• Supervise and coach FT/PT and seasonal team members.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with campus partners to coordinate events and activities.
