Job summary

Follett LLC in Canada seeks a Store Manager II Multi-Unit to lead and oversee multiple campus bookstore locations, directing hiring, training, supervision, and store operations to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will partner with campus administration, drive course materials programs, manage budgets, promotions, and staff development, and ensure strong campus relationships while achieving sales and operational goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant store management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site locations and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle talent management across multiple stores.
• Develop operating plans and drive sales and labor budgets.
• Maintain campus relations and campus store presence.
• Oversee course materials management and inventory.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and store visuals.
• Analyze store financials to improve sales and costs.
• Plan promotions and coordinate events.
• Provide guidance to store managers and staff.
• Coordinate back-office tasks and stock shipments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
