Job summary

Aecon Group Inc. is seeking a Campus Program Specialist to lead national campus recruitment and early talent programs. You will strengthen ties with post-secondary institutions, promote Aecon’s employer brand on campus, and deliver an exceptional early talent experience.

The hybrid role is based in Toronto with peak-season travel across Canada. You will partner with Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and operations to build sustainable talent pools, run campus events, and provide data-driven

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in campus recruitment, university relations or early talent programs.
• Experience with workforce planning and talent acquisition processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with data-driven recruitment insights and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campus recruitment activities, career fairs, panels, and events.
• Lead as COE for campus recruitment and provide governance, tools, and guidance.
• Develop short/mid/long-term campus pipeline strategies and relationships with institutions.
• Partner with Marketing and Corporate Affairs to enhance employer branding on campus.
• Analyze recruitment data and market trends to guide strategies for campus hiring.
• Drive inclusive recruitment through partnerships supporting diversity objectives.
• Ensure scalable processes and candidate experience with Recruitment Operations.
