Fueling Brains Academy in Calgary is hiring 7 Early Childhood Educators (ECE Level 2/3) to join our campus float team. You will provide classroom coverage across West 85th, McKnight, New Brighton, and other campuses, stepping into different rooms to support educators and maintain safe staffing ratios.

Ideal candidates are adaptable, with 1-2 years of licensed childcare experience in Canada, Alberta ECE certification, willingness to travel, and commitment to creating a nurturing, engaging

• Alberta ECE Level 2 or Level 3 certification - Mandatory.
• Minimum 1-2 years of licensed childcare experience in Canada - Mandatory.
• Flexibility to travel between assigned campuses.
• Availability for varying shifts, including early mornings and late afternoons.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and classroom management skills.
• Valid criminal record check with vulnerable sector search.
• Emergency Child Care First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain within three months.

WHERE YOU'LL WORK

• West 85th (2 Positions): Supporting Braeside and Walden.
• McKnight (1 Position): Supporting Centennial and Bridgeland.
• New Brighton (1 Position): Supporting Walden.
• Multi-Campus Float Team (3 Positions): Supporting our Calgary and Strathmore academies as needed.
