Job description

Our client is a newly launched private career College in Ontario and they are currently seeking an experienced pro-active leader to join their rapidly growing team as the Campus Director.

Your new role

In this new role you will direct and oversee the operations of the campus and be accountable for attaining all campus goals and objectives as set forth by leadership and ensuring these are achieved in compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, and standards. In this role you will provide leadership in the areas of operations, admissions, academics, student services and administration. This position supports, manages, and coordinates academic and administrative operations with internal and external stakeholders in the achievement of productivity and performance standards and ensures excellence in education and service.

What you will need to succeed

To be considered for this position you must have at least a bachelor’s degree in Education (Post-Secondary), Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field, with extensive academic and administrative leadership experience in a post-secondary environment. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide the necessary level of support to students and staff, and to develop and maintain a wide variety of internal and external stakeholder relationships.
