Job summary

Qualifications

• One or more years' experience in a sales or service environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual merchandising.
• Ability to identify and replenish out of stock or low stock inventory.
• Available to work overnight shifts.
• Ability to provide superior customer service.
• Ability to use good judgment and logic.
• Experience in outdoor lifestyle is a plus.
• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's products is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Conducts general replenishment for all areas including Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing and Gifts.
• Supports inventory management with on demand counts, empty peg scanning, display integrity checks.
• Performs price change execution including tagging, signage and inventory adjustment reviews.
• Performs recovery tasks across departments including folding, repackaging, sorting and re-hanging.
• Supports visual merchandising including fixture replacement, signage updates, end caps and floor moves.
• Assists with planogram execution and Omni fulfillment during peak times.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and ensures a pleasant shopping experience.
