Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Calgary is seeking a part-time Retail Outfitter to deliver a world-class shopping experience with legendary customer service and expert product knowledge. You will help customers assess needs, offer tailored recommendations, and promote promotions while maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.

The role emphasizes outdoor lifestyle knowledge, teamwork, and flexibility to assist in other areas as required. On-site position with on-going training and benefits available.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ experience in a sales or service environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to evaluate customers’ needs and make recommendations.
• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s products is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary customer service by assisting customers in making buying decisions and recommending products.
• Promote company programs and promotions to customers.
