Job summary

Alamos Gold Inc. is seeking a Logistics and Camp Administration Supervisor for the Island Gold District in Dubreuilville, ON. This role oversees day-to-day logistics, camp services, bunkhouse and housing, and vendor management, ensuring safe, compliant operations.

You will lead Reservations Agents and Logistics Coordinators, drive continuous improvement, and manage budgets and KPIs to align with district objectives. Rotation: 7 days on / 7 days off; base salary reflects the market.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in remote mining camp operations and vendor management.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with employees, contractors, and vendors.
• Ability to identify operational deficiencies and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics and camp administration operations, including charter flights, camp services, bunkhousing, and housing accommodations.
• Manage logistics contracts, monitor vendor performance, scope of work, contract compliance, and service levels.
• Coordinate with employees, contractors and site departments to support a safe work environment and compliance with workplace requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures that support effective logistics operations.
