Job summary

Alamos Gold Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Mine Maintenance at Island Gold Mine in Dubreuilville, ON. You will lead a team of technicians, plan and prioritize maintenance to minimize downtime and meet production targets while upholding safety standards.

Reporting to the Superintendent, Mine Maintenance, you will coordinate repairs during planned downtime, develop preventive maintenance programs and maintain accurate records and inventory to support reliable underground operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Heavy-Duty mechanic.
• Minimum 10 years of technician experience.
• Strong knowledge of mobile equipment systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and mining practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team and provide training.
• Plan maintenance to minimize downtime and meet production targets.
• Coordinate repairs during planned downtime.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify improvements.
