Job summary

Camp Quest is seeking Camp Counsellors to guide groups through hands-on activities, weekly themes and quests, while fostering a curious and supportive camp environment for children aged 4–12.

You will lead activities, emphasize teamwork, safety, and positive engagement, and collaborate with fellow staff to deliver a fun, dynamic and memorable camp experience in Canada.

Qualifications

• Energetic, reliable, and excited about working with children.
• Experience in camps, childcare, or leadership roles.
• Standard First Aid & CPR is an asset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible and able to adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Minimum age 15 years old.
• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check. (18+)

Camp Counsellors bring the magic of Camp Quest to life. You’ll guide your group through
hands-on activities, explore weekly themes and quests, and help create a camp environment
where curiosity thrives and every camper feels supported.

Requirements

Wage : $16.60-17.60/hour

Available Positions: 8

Hours:

Full-Time: 30–40 hours/week

Part-Time: 10+ hours/week

Shift Window: 6:45 AM - 6:30 PM

Vacation Allowance: 5 days off

Qualifications:

Energetic, reliable, and excited about working with children.

Experience in camps, childcare, or leadership roles is an asset.

Standard First aid & CPR is an asset

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Flexible and able to adapt to fast-paced, changing environments.

Minimum age: 15 years old.

Requirements
