SEAL Swimming is seeking a Camp Counsellor for our March Break and Summer Camps in Ontario, Canada. The role focuses on delivering a safe, engaging camp experience, supervising campers, leading activities, and supporting daily routines to help every child feel included and excited to attend each day.
You will work under the Camp Manager and Coordinators, with 20–40 hours per week on a seasonal contract. Eligibility includes a minimum age of 16 and prior childcare or camp counselling experience.

The Camp Counsellor plays a key role in delivering a safe, engaging, and fun camp experience for all Seal Camps participants during March Break and Summer Camps. Working under the direction of the Camp Manager and Camp Coordinators, Camp Counsellors are responsible for supervising campers, leading activities, supporting daily routines, and ensuring that each child feels included, supported, and excited to attend camp each day.
