Job summary

C.P. Services is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to join our field team in a remote camp setting. You will inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across site infrastructure.

Applicants must hold a valid HVAC Journeyman Certificate, a Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract, and complete a drug/alcohol and fitness-for-work exam before start. Travel and rotation are involved.

Qualifications

• HVAC journeyman certification is required and must be valid.
• Driver's license and clean driving abstract are mandatory.
• Must pass drug & alcohol and fitness-for-work exams before starting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect heating, refrigeration and air conditioning systems and components.
• Diagnose conditions and determine required maintenance or repair actions.
• Perform preventative maintenance on trade equipment and infrastructure.
• Recommend best-fit solutions and carry out service or repair work.
• Communicate inspections, diagnoses, and work status to supervisors; document results.
