Job summary

SGS is seeking an API 510/570 or CWB Level 2 inspector for a one-month Fort McMurray turnaround starting September 4. The role is on-site, with a 6 days on/1 day off, 12-hour shifts.

Contractors live in camp and may continue straight through the turnaround. Ideal candidates will hold API 510/570 or CWB Level 2, have several years of welding inspection experience in turnaround, QA, vendor surveillance or site work, and be able to inspect welds on pipelines, pressure vessels, heat exchangers and

• API 510/570 or CWB Level 2 certification required.
• Several years of welding-related inspection experience in turnaround/shutdowns/site work/QA/vendor surveillance.
• Industrial experience in oil & gas, power, construction, or manufacturing.
