Job summary

Matrix Camps and Logistics is hiring for Arctic ice road support positions at a remote mining site near Bathurst Inlet, Nunavut. Roles include General Labourers, Operators, Technicians, Kitchen staff and coordinators for winter ice-road construction and maintenance.

Fly-in/fly-out rotations with camp accommodations are provided; rotations are 3 weeks in/3 weeks out or 4 weeks in/2 weeks out. Up to $450/day depending on position and experience.

Qualifications

• Proven Arctic ice-road experience over sea ice, land, and lake crossings.
• All current training certifications relevant to your role.
• Ability to work in remote northern conditions and live in camp environments.
• Strong safety mindset and commitment to risk management.
• Ability to work rotating shifts (including nights) and be away from home for extended periods.
• Pre-employment clearance requirements may apply, including medical, criminal background checks, and drug & alcohol testing.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience with Arctic ice road operations and thrive in remote camp environments. Roles include:
