Job summary

FedEx Trade Networks Canada seeks a senior HR leader to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business priorities. You will partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and organizational design, oversee Canada-wide HR programs, and lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree/equivalent in HR.
  • 8-12+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Experience supporting international or multi-country operations.
  • HR certification such as CHRP/CHRL/SHRM-SCP/SHRM-CP/SPHR/PHR or CIPD is an asset.
