Job description

We are MaRayTech Consulting Ltd., an IT services provider with a focus on the financial sector that primarily serves insurance companies, banks, and FinTechs.
We are looking to recruit several Call Centre Agents to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.

What you’ll be doing as a Call Centre Agent:

  1. Answer inbound calls with a volume of 40 to 50 per day.
  2. Write detailed notes during and after each conversation.
  3. Take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.
  4. Escalate and refer complex matters accordingly.
  5. Communicate in an open and honest way.
  6. Understand that customers have different needs, and some are vulnerable.
  7. Pay attention and ensure that all requests are acted upon, and all details are accurately recorded.
  8. Be open to feedback and act on it to continuously improve.
  9. Be willing to attend and participate in any training that is offered to you, to include upskills, external training, and regulatory training.
  10. Participate in team huddles.
