VCA Canada in Calgary is seeking a Board-Certified Veterinary Internal Medicine Specialist to join our engaged team. You will manage a diverse and complex caseload while delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes teaching and mentoring interns and final-year students from the University of Calgary, collaborating with radiology, oncology, surgery, and critical care, and participating in our comprehensive continuing education and client service initiatives.

Qualifications

• Completed an Internal Medicine Residency and is or will be Board-certified.
• Commitment to collaborative, team-based medicine.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Mentoring interns and final-year students from the University of Calgary.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse and complex internal medicine caseload.
• Provide teaching and mentorship to interns and veterinary students.
• Collaborate with radiology, oncology, surgery, critical care and other services.
