Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant experience OR education in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Food Services, or a related field.
• Previous Line Cook, Prep Cook, Cook, or kitchen experience is an asset.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Functional French and English language ability is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards.
• Assist with food preparation, portioning, and plating.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Work with chefs and kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations.
• Assist with ingredient preparation and inventory needs.
• Maintain speed and accuracy during busy service periods.
