WELL Health Technologies is seeking an Endocrinologist for an in-clinic role at our Calgary site. You will provide specialist consultation, manage diabetes and endocrine disorders, and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

The position emphasizes on-site duties, collaboration, and maintaining EMR documentation. Strong endocrinology experience and CPSAB/CMPA credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed with CPSAB in good standing.
• Must be CMPA member.
• Strong clinical experience in Endocrinology.
• Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent communication with patients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Endocrinology in-patient consultation service.
• Carry out all duties as an Endocrinologist physician.
• Provide ongoing coverage as needed.
• Manage general endocrinology and diabetes care.
• Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and therapies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in patient follow-up and care planning.
• Support program development and continuous improvement within 360 Degree Care.
