Pursuit Collection in Jasper, Alberta is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor. Under general direction you will train, schedule and direct frontline staff to deliver guest experience standards in a busy, high-volume environment.
This full-time permanent role offers staff accommodation subject to availability, a starting wage of $21.00 hourly and opportunities to lead a dynamic team while supporting excellence in service and environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify daily cash reports.
- Ensuring accurate cash, debit and credit card transactions.
- Training staff and ensuring everyone feels confident in their role.
- Supervising and supporting on the floor.
- Coordinate Food and Beverage orders and inventory.
- Update staffs schedule and changes.
- Interacts with customers and maintains the highest level of customer service.
- Involved in the making of and receiving food / drink orders.
- Receive payment for all services provided to the customer.
- Listen and respond to customer complaints.
- Ensure the work area is clean and organized at all times.
- Relieve Servers as required.
- Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees.

Job Overview: The Food and Beverage Supervisor under general direction trains, schedules and directs frontline staff to perform their duties to Guest Experience standards.
- Preparation and verification of daily cash reports
- Ensuring accurate cash, debit and credit card transactions
- Training staff and ensuring everyone feels confident in their role
- Supervising and supporting on the floor
- Coordinate Food and Beverage orders and inventory

- Previous Barista experience required
- Mature, energetic, dependable and self-motivated

- Some accounting experience an asset and experience with Word and Excel
- POS system experience is an asset
