The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager for Jasper Forest Park Hotel to start April 2026. You will supervise front desk operations, guide a team, and ensure exceptional guest service while coordinating with Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B departments.

The role requires 2–5 years in a major hotel with supervisory experience, strong communication, and familiarity with Room Master or similar hotel accounting software.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in a major hotel
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of hotel computer accounting programs, such as Room Master
• Basic computer skills

• Oversee smooth and correct front desk operations
