Job summary

Pursuit Collection Jasper is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for Jasper Forest Park Hotel to lead a high-volume, upscale operation. You will manage inventory, ensure reporting to the F&B Manager, train a strong team, and deliver a WOW guest experience.

This permanent, full-time role requires leadership in hospitality, collaboration with sales and events, and a commitment to service standards. English proficiency and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a leadership role in F&B.
• 2+ years in the F&B industry, focused on high-volume operations.
• Higher education in Hospitality/F&B is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage inventory and reporting to Food & Beverage Manager and communicate to the team.
• Develop a high-functioning, guest-focused team and create the "WOW" experience for each guest.
• Train the team to uphold service standards, upsell, and coordinate timing on tables.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and group services in executing events.
